Healthcare Industry Duration: Immediate till 31 Mar 2026, extendable Working Location: One North and Novena (Walking distance from MRT) Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday) Must be open/comfortable to work on weekend when needed Job Summary: The role will oversee the day-to-day facilities operations and management at both office sites @ Nexus and Novena. Job Responsibilities: This role may include project involvement in the setup of the new office spaces at Novena. Oversee operations of the Facilities matters at the Healthcare Offices ensuring proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities, including M&E contracts management, cleaning, power shutdown, and server rooms. Ensure efficient running of the office administrative matters. Respond to Facilities emergencies 24/7 under Building Management Services, including temperature controls in Server Rooms, Security Access Doors, CCTV issues, and Fire Warden. Preparation of CS Facilities budget and chargeout matters. Plan and implement facilities-related projects, including renewals. Space planning and renovation projects. Respond to facilities complaints and maintenance issues. Manage A&A projects at Novena Site Office. Season parking management. Development Support for Healthcare at Novena Project: Assist with evaluation of Security Systems and provide AV specifications for new HQ project. Assist with the evaluation of the Meeting Room Booking system, set up of Administration rights, and operationalization. Reinstatement of Nexus when Novena Project completes on Healthcity Novena Campus. Support and manage the office administration matters pertaining to the running of the offices within the Healthcare Group. Requirements: Relevant degree in Facilities Management. At least 5 years of relevant work experience running a building of similar GFA. Good written communication skills. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Good interpersonal skills.
