Description: Located at Central 5 days work week, office hour Up to $4000 Automotive industry JOB SUMMARY Function as Demand & Supply Specialist to manage monthly operations, mid-long term sales forecasting for Indonesia . Work closely with counterparts such as Pricing colleagues, cross-functional team, and Distributor to maximize sales with appropriate production in Indonesia . JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create monthly Demand & Supply plan and negotiate with Distributor. Explain Demand & Supply thinking to cross-functional team to secure production allocation for future months. Maintain a good overview of Indonesia market, promotion activities, and competitor situation to inform internal stakeholders. Visualize and summarize distributors' requests for fleet/ad-hoc orders to ensure production supply. Visit distributors and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy. Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasures with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap. We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
