F&b Captain

Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager to monitor operations and initiate corrective actions 协助经理监控操作并启动纠正措施
• Answer customer queries regarding menus, ingredients, or any other product-related questions. 回答客户对菜单、配料或任何其他产品相关的查询。
• Assist in tidying up and table setting 整理及摆桌
• Responsible for the preparation work of restaurant opening and closing operations. 负责大厅营业时间的准备工作。
• Nurture a positive working environment 培养积极工作环境
• Ensure guest satisfaction by efficiently responding to customer questions and complaints, and personally resolving customer problems and concerns. 通过有效地回应客户的问题和投诉,并亲自解决客户的问题和疑虑,确保客人满意。
• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness by following basic grooming & hygiene standards. 保持个人良好卫生和清洁,遵循基本的仪容整洁。
