Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of tender documents e.g. EPV, AOR, Price Schedule, Schedule of rates, tender evaluation, and award. Assist in FM maintenance coordination and management of term contractors at sport centres. Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Take on secretariat role for meetings with consultants (if applicable) and engagement with internal/external stakeholders. Review and consolidate FSOR and equipment list. Collate IFM requirements from internal stakeholders. Coordinate efforts of internal stakeholders to migrate from existing contract into IFM format. Coordinate market sensing exercise to obtain budgetary estimates from FM service providers. Assist to prepare tender documents. Evaluate tenderers’ submissions. Assist in overseeing the operationalizing aspect of IFM by the FM contractor. Sports Centres Facilities Management (FM) Assist FM team to check/verify POs, fault assessment, inspect rectification works, and carry out improvement projects. Requirements: Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management. Experience in FM Maintenance and Contract Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts. Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal. Passion and interest in sport. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
