Qualification: Degree & above Experience: 4 to 5 years Job Description/ Requirement Responsibilities To plan, conceptualize and execute promotional/marketing campaigns on all platforms including promotion execution, site and storefront layouts for new campaigns and product launches, banners, and general content creation. Champion the continuous improvement of the cross-channel customer journey and communication touchpoints to drive conversion. Manage campaigns across different channels and inventory management to optimize maximum returns. Understand the intricacies of customer journey and site optimization to identify opportunities to increase conversion through data-driven decisions. Analyze the effectiveness of ecommerce marketing & advertising budget by channel to maximize ROI. Understand P&L & inventory management for the ecommerce channels. Maintain good relationships with marketplaces to constantly improve brand's performance and exposure. Requirements Degree in Business / E-Commerce / Marketing, or its equivalent. At least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in E-commerce Management and/or Marketing. Possess solid experience managing campaigns across different channels. Data-driven and curious to learn more about customer behavior and key purchase drivers. Working knowledge in Salesforce Commerce Cloud is advantageous. Good understanding of performance media management, marketing and brand building. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
