We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing wizard to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is a passionate & experienced marketer with proven success as a creative and communicative multitasker with exceptional project and time management skills. Key Responsibilities a) Develop Product Positioning and Messaging
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates KamayaKya's offerings in the market.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Ensure all marketing communications consistently convey the product value proposition.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on market intelligence to influence product strategy.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product offerings and feature releases.
- Plan and manage product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Create and manage product marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product guides.
- Set up a comprehensive marketing plan for user growth across multiple digital platforms.
- Lead 360° digital marketing initiatives, integrating various digital channels.
- Plan and manage branding and performance campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and others for both app and web platforms.
- Identify, experiment with, and develop new digital channels for user growth.
- Explore new organic channels for lead generation and optimization.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyze content and creative performance for online campaigns and optimize accordingly.
- Perform A/B testing of audience segments, creatives, content, and video assets to optimize for scale and CPA.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Work on process improvements to simplify the digital marketing process, enhancing efficiency in achieving company objectives.
- Create a feedback engine based on the performance of individual experiments to optimize user acquisition strategies and channels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Provide support for business growth and development through the execution of marketing objectives and policies.
- Build, train, and guide a team of marketing professionals in the near future.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online/digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Clevertap/MoEngage, marketing automation tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, ASO, social media planning, and Online Reputation Management (ORM).
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Proven ability to build, train, and guide a team.
- Experience in wealth-tech/fin-tech startups is highly preferred.

- Location : Pune, India.
- Working Hours :
- Weekdays: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Work from Office).
- Saturdays: Only if absolutely necessary.
- Note : Timings are comparatively flexible as long as work is completed with exceptional quality and within the required time.
