Location: Tuas. Shuttle provided Working days: 5 days Responsibilities: Create, track, and report on production schedules to ensure smooth operations. Analyze and report production performance using data from material and production control systems. Oversee production schedules, address quality, service, and delivery issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Continuously improve planning and reporting processes for enhanced efficiency. Review customer orders and drawings, and take appropriate follow-up actions. Plan production sequences and inspection requirements to meet project needs. Prepare job sheets and ensure adherence to customer specifications. Measure and evaluate productivity, track efficiency, machine utilization, and capability metrics. Monitor daily production workload, provide feedback on in-house production hours, and generate regular job status reports for the Operations Manager. Estimate job costs based on rough or finished drawings and provide quotes to the internal sales team. Coordinate with the sales team to monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely communication.
