Job details
Job Responsibilities: Operate kitchen equipment according to company and recipe standards. Follow strictly written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products. Package and move prepared food to storage. Perform quality control (QC) of each finished item to meet the quality standards of the company. Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards. Requirements: Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production. Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills. Those with at least 5 years of food and beverage (F&B) or manufacturing experience are welcomed. Candidates must possess eagerness to learn on the job. Must be able to work night shifts and split shifts. Must be able to work overtime on weekends and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
