• System Design & Development:
• Architect and implement a robust AI infrastructure for Knowledge Graphs and Hybrid RAG models.
• Build scalable pipelines for automating handwritten/scanned answer sheet evaluation and segmentation, addressing edge cases like multi-page continuity and diagram extraction.
• Integrate advanced OCR (e.g., Tesseract, Google Vision, MathPix) and object detection frameworks (YOLOv8, Faster R-CNN).
• Research & Innovation:
• Evaluate and adopt state-of-the-art technologies (e.g., LLMs like OpenAI, Gemini, Llama 2) to build highly customized solutions for ed-tech platforms.
• Design semantic content-mapping models using NLP frameworks like BERT/Sentence-BERT.
• Core AI Product Ownership:
• Deliver plug-and-play AI solutions, including APIs for TOEFL/IELTS/K-12 evaluations and personalized growth plans.
• Optimize AI workflows for latency, scalability, and accuracy to handle high-volume data pipelines.
• Contribute to developing embeddable UI tools, REST APIs, and evaluation dashboards.
• Technical Leadership:
• Lead the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Build and mentor a world-class technical team as the organization scales.

• Strong background in AI, ML, and Data Science , with an emphasis on Knowledge Graphs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Hands-on experience with OCR engines, object detection, and NLP frameworks (e.g., Tesseract, YOLOv8, BERT).
• Proficient in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable architecture design.
• Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Demonstrated ability to handle real-world challenges like poor-quality images, multilingual OCR, and contextual continuity across documents.
• Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems, preferably in the education or similar domains.
