We’ll trust you to: • Responsible for building excellent on-boarding experience of new hires ensuring compliance with company policies • Bring efficiencies and improve employee experience in HR operations ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements • Assists in the development and maintenance of HRMS, automating the delivery where possible • Maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate system report writing tools • Automate and streamlines reports, where possible, for distribution on an ongoing basis. • Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records to adhere to legal standards • Monitoring employee separation process for smooth employee exit and policy adherence • Create dashboards Knowledge and Skills Required: • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources • Minimum 3 years of experience with 3000+ headcount company • Must have worked in Shared Services setup • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Analytical approach and good problem-solving skills
