** Exciting opportunity for HR Manager/ Lead (US and Domestic Staffing) for our IT Staffing / Solutions Division in India, to join one of the fastest growing companies in our space. We offer good corporate culture, good compensation plus commission earning Title: HR Manager/ Lead (US and Domestic Staffing) No of positions: 1 Location : Anywhere in India ( Remote is OK ) / Ahmedabad, India is preferred, but not must Job Type: Full-time. However, we are open to part-time or freelancing role, if there is good fit. Notes :

  • Any experience working with US based IT staffing, IT Professional Services, or Staff Augmentation company is strongly preferred
  • Experience in recruiting for US staffing as well as India/Domestic
  • Experience hiring for different roles including software, IT, tech and US IT recruiters, Internal staff etc is strongly desired
  • Work can be done remotely. If candidate is located at Ahmedabad, India, it would be a plus since we have an existing office at Ahmedabad, India
  • Working hours can include night hours - upto 2 to 3 am IST to support US operations/sync up. Start time can be adjusted accordingly
Job Duties
  • Recruiting the right talent and resources for Domestic/India as well as US staffing
  • Filling software and tech roles as per client's needs
  • Establishing the recruiting method for the right candidate for the right job. Hiring for US IT Recruiters, Account Manager, Recruiting managers, Finance related internal positions
  • Having knowledge of performance approval and demonstrating the same.
  • Handling Payroll, the administration, leave management , the third party employee system, salaries and its structure etc
  • Bringing employee friendly benefits and environment.
  • Managing and handling Media / PR of the company,
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree with Human Resource
  • MBA ( HR ) is preferred and would be a plus
  • Experience working with IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation companies
  • Must be a competitive high achiever and persistent and should be people-person
