Oracle Fusion US Payroll and Canada Payroll Functional Consultant

We are currently hiring for our client, a leading consulting firm in the Oracle Fusion domain, seeking Oracle Fusion Payroll consultants for a variety of ongoing projects focused on US and Canada Payroll. Job Summary : The Oracle Fusion US Payroll & Canada Payroll Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll applications for both US and Canada. This role requires expertise in payroll processes, local tax regulations, and system integrations, while providing consultative support to business users. The consultant will assist in both the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions for multiple customers. Key Responsibilities :

• Oracle Fusion US & Canada Payroll Implementation : Implement and configure payroll elements, salary basis, and local tax requirements for both US and Canada payroll.
• Payroll Flow Management : Expertise in managing payroll flows, processing payroll, and overseeing the post-payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payroll completion.
• Fast Formulas & HDL : Configure and manage Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts for data integration, automation, and reporting within the payroll processes.
• Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with local tax requirements for both US and Canada, including tax calculations, deductions, and reporting.
• System Integration : Integrate Oracle Fusion Payroll with other Oracle products such as OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Compensation, Projects, and third-party systems for seamless data exchange.
• Consultative Support : Provide high-level consultative support to business users, addressing “How To” queries and resolving complex payroll-related challenges.
• Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for improvements and additional solutions.
• Shift Work Flexibility : The role requires flexibility to work in various shifts based on customer needs and project demands.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll : Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion US and Canada Payroll modules, including payroll elements, salary basis, and local tax regulations.
• Technical Expertise : Proficiency in managing payroll flows, post-payroll processing, and tax calculations.
• Experience with Fast Formulas & HDL : Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts for payroll-related configurations.
• Tax Compliance Expertise : Knowledge of US and Canada tax laws and regulations, including deductions, withholdings, and payroll reporting requirements.
• System Integration Skills : Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Payroll with OTL, Compensation, Projects, and third-party systems.
• Consultative Approach : Ability to engage customers in consultative conversations, offering solutions to payroll challenges and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Flexible Shift Availability : Willingness to work in flexible shift hours to meet customer requirements across 24x7 operations.
