Junior Financial Analyst (OJT)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in finance or accounting, looking to develop their analytical and reporting skills in a professional environment. The role begins with a 3-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) program to ensure smooth integration and skill development. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial analyses, reports, and dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Conduct research on financial trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Reconcile data between different systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with accounting teams on financial planning and reporting activities.
• Assist in creating and maintaining financial models for strategic planning.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and presentations.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or financial software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, concepts, and practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage tasks.

• Remote position based in India.
• Flexibility to work during US business hours (EST/PST) to align with client requirements.
