For more information, please visit Responsibilities The Corporate Development Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring Kaia’s financial stability and driving its ecosystem’s growth. This position entails evaluating various investment opportunities to support the expansion of the Kaia ecosystem, managing structured big deals, and, if necessary, spearheading fundraising initiatives. Additionally, the role involves fostering close relationships with portfolio companies and key stakeholders to enhance synergies and create value. You will collaborate closely with the business development team, engaging with diverse and innovative projects to explore and facilitate collaborative opportunities. Together, we believe this role will empower both Kaia and you to achieve remarkable growth. The responsibilities of this position include Conducting strategic reviews and executing investments to support the growth of the Kaia ecosystem, including project analysis, profitability assessments, and feasibility studies for potential collaborations. Evaluating and researching comprehensive partnerships with other major Web3 ecosystems, and driving related initiatives. Supporting fundraising efforts when necessary. Managing communication and relationships with investment portfolios and key stakeholders. Identifying, engaging, and onboarding diverse projects with the potential to join the Kaia ecosystem. Collaborating seamlessly with various internal teams within Kaia to achieve shared goals. Qualification 5+ years in partnerships, business development, investment, or similar roles at high-growth technology companies. 2+ years in Web3 industry or a strong foundation and interest in Web3 technologies. English fluency required A high sense of responsibility, reliability Collaborative mindset for seamless teamwork with internal members.
