Order Number: 828174-R Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to drive customer satisfaction and long-term business growth. Leverage in-depth knowledge of the business system to identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Consult with clients to optimize their internal processes, driving organizational change and enhancing overall ROI through effective use of the business system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management, promote customer engagement, and address feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements At least 2 years of business sales account management or consulting experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (> 50-150K ACV). Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders, to negotiation and contracting.
