Job Description: Strategy, Planning and Management Identify opportunities, specific to Deposits and Liquidity Management, which will help grow and contribute to the Cash Management business. Identify and address areas of product/process improvement that increases automation, reduces cost, improves efficiency, and client satisfaction levels. Conceptualize and bring to market new product/features and solutions relating to Deposits and Liquidity Management to meet customers’ requirements. Create a digital vision for the enterprise and identify the opportunities for differentiating digital capabilities and solutions in the area of Deposits, Liquidity Management, and Account Services, including enhancing the online account opening platform to improve customer journey. Manage the P&L of Deposits and Liquidity Management products/services. Produce and present regular reports and presentation decks to communicate the progress/status of Deposits Product portfolio/initiatives/campaigns to internal and external parties. Business Performance and Management Engage with various stakeholders (e.g., Business Units, ALM, Funding, Balance Sheet Management, Middle Office) to set the direction for deposit-related activities in line with the bank’s funding needs. Monitor and analyze Accounts product portfolio, including pricing and volume data, to identify potential opportunities and justify requirements to improve product profitability and increase product utilization. Establish clear guidelines and framework pertaining to the pricing and product capabilities of accounts and deposit products to Sales and frontline teams. Ensure the necessary activities are completed prior to commercialization of Deposits and Liquidity Management products and services. Stakeholder Collaboration Assist in the planning of the marketing collaterals and campaigns related to Cash Management Deposits products with the Marketing team. Engage Legal/Compliance/Risk/CX/Ops/IT teams on the new Deposit products, campaigns, and client documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while optimizing customer journey. Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and support of products and services, including notifying and obtaining endorsements from relevant committees where necessary. Regulatory Compliance Ensure that controls are built into the product/process delivery process and adherence to guidelines, policies, and procedures set by internal/external regulators. Practice standards and role model behaviors that demonstrate the core values of the bank. Requirements: Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering. Qualified/certified in a course related to Cash Management or Treasury Management is preferred. Technical/Functional skills Ability to understand product strategy and use this understanding to define requirements for scaling products and operations through partnerships. Strong commercial and product instincts. Ability to prioritize and guide cross-functional teams through competing demands and address complex problems. Experience interpreting legal documents, discussing agreements, and working with legal team members to draft and execute agreements. Clear understanding of market dynamics and the ability to track and assess new developments in the market going forward. Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) Demonstrate great propensity to learn as well as adapt to the situation at hand. Excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as presentation skills. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
