SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE C&B (Up to $5.2K/ Transport provided) Job Description: Up to $5,200 Working location: Sungei Kadut, company transport provided Company: Leading Construction company Responsibilities Supporting HR Manager in reviewing, designing & implementing projects such as C&B, performance management, and career development Responsible for promotion, annual salary review, market adjustment & year-end variable bonus Conduct salary surveys & benchmarking activities In charge of employee welfare activities Requirements Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant field At least 3 years of relevant experience Experience in the construction industry is a plus All successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
