Our client provides expertise in managing Professional Products and Services (PPE) while distributing Maintenance, Repair and Operation products (MRO) and safety equipment. The Challenges As the driving force behind revenue and margin growth for your customer accounts, you will: Lead Revenue and Margin Growth : Take ownership of achieving and surpassing business metrics such as EBIT and working capital, ensuring sustained financial success within your accounts. Develop Strategic Account Plans : Create and implement Key Account Management Plans to boost short-term and long-term EBIT, optimize working capital, and solidify customer relationships. Manage Customer Agreements : Oversee and enhance customer service agreements, ensuring that contractual performance KPIs, including cost savings, are consistently met and exceeded. Ensure Smooth Operations : Maintain seamless daily operations, including up-to-date pricing and smooth communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Champion Change and Improvement : Act as the change agent, spearheading margin improvement projects and driving positive commercial outcomes for your accounts. Analyze and Optimize : Regularly monitor programs, analyze data and trends, and conduct service performance and business reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Identify Growth Opportunities : Seek out and secure new business opportunities within your existing customer accounts, expanding our footprint and enhancing value. Collaborate for Excellence : Work closely with internal teams to deliver world-class customer service, ensuring the company is represented at the highest standard. Ensure Compliance : Uphold and enforce compliance with all company sales policies and procedures. Foster Teamwork : Create a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and rewards collective success within your team and with external partners. What It Takes Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline Proven track record of key account management, providing outstanding supply chain consultation and customer service to customers Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills Ability to influence across teams, creating effective internal business partnerships Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines Understanding of financial concepts such as EBIT and working capital Interested candidates, please click the "Apply Now" button.
