We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of processes and driving continuous improvements in efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: Handle and supervise daily warehouse and logistics activities, working closely with the Purchasing and Sales/Shipping teams to ensure timely shipments. Lead efforts to improve warehouse efficiency, focusing on space utilization, resource management, cycle time, and cost-effectiveness. Implement effective housekeeping practices and maintain a safe, organized working environment to enhance warehouse space management. Plan and allocate warehouse and logistics resources based on business requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by the department head. Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the trading or distribution industry. Diploma or degree in Warehouse Management, Distribution, Logistics, or a related field. Supervisory experience is preferred. Hands-on, operational role with strong leadership abilities.
