Document Change Control (DCC) Specialist Duration: 18 Months Salary: UP$3500 Working Hours: Mon - Fri: Office Hour Location: Changi Business Park Job Descriptions Administers document revision control to ensure appropriate security based on business need. Assists with the assessment and/or deployment of electronic document management systems. Provides additional support to the organization as required, including maintaining original documents, loading PDFs into SharePoint, and updating controlled lists. Responsible for seamless, rapid, and global implementation of material, BOMs, and product data supporting business strategies and supply chain requirements via the Change Order Process management. Analyzes, processes, and tracks Change Orders and other design documentation submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput. Interfaces with all necessary individuals in supporting departments to accurately process changes and structure new products released to mass production or customers. Requirements Diploma and above in any discipline. Responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. Direct experience in process documentation preferred. Motivated to work in a data-driven environment. Knowledge of Agile or similar PLM tools preferred. Proficient with MS Office. Able to be organized, detail-oriented, multitasked, prioritized, and meet deadlines as needed. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a positive work attitude.
