People Profilers | IT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking an IT Executive to join our team and take responsibility for a wide range of IT-related activities and projects, both locally and in Southeast Asian countries. You will be responsible for ensuring that all IT-related tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, providing in-house or remote support as required. Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, you should be proactive, results-oriented, good in communication, and able to work independently under pressure. Responsibilities: Handle daily IT support, IT-related issues and requests in Southeast Asia Countries Procure, setup, backup, and maintain servers, networks, computers, mobile, software, and cloud services locally and remotely Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations Maintain records of IT hardware, software, inventory, service, and IT-related contracts and documentation Support global and local IT projects and liaise with necessary parties Communicate and liaise with third-party suppliers, ISPs, and other related parties Perform any other tasks given by Regional IT Manager and management Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines Minimum of 2 years of IT-related working experience Good hands-on experience in VMWare environment Good hands-on experience in Windows and Linux server, including Linux commands and PowerShell commands Good hands-on experience in multiple VLAN environment and configure Cisco Switch using command line Good knowledge of IT Security Management Good hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 family products, such as Teams, SharePoint, etc. Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage Experience in business process management and automation workflow solutions will be advantage Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner Able to work independently with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, self-directed environment Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies Able to travel under short notifications Able to perform duties after hours when necessary All successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
