Job Type: Full-Time Remote Job: Hybrid working Employment Type: Permanent ID: 62393 Account Manager Key Responsibilities: Capable of setting up renewal strategies and delivering a high retention ratio for the portfolio and meeting company targets. Manage and maximize a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies. Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio. Negotiate the most suitable policy terms for all stakeholders while delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction. Coordinate closely with different internal functions (i.e.: Claims, Policy Administration, and Credit Risk). Maintain satisfactory relationships with all business partners and intermediaries. Conduct and execute ad hoc customer centricity projects. Key Requirements/Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline. 5 years solid experience in corporate Account / Relationship Management; past experience within Trade Finance / Trade Credit Insurance is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must. Customer-driven with a passion to provide first-class services to clients and insurance brokers. Outgoing, highly energized, and self-motivated. Good command of English and Mandarin. Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
