Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Assist in finding relevant clients and customers by collaborating with the company's many teammates.
  • Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
  • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  • Interact with the customer for product offering and brand awareness on a timely basis through meetings and calls.
  • Collaborate with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or service for subsequent promotional activities.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into final customers, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as required.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Ability to commute within the city for off-site meetings with clients and customers.
