With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Hammam Receptionist to join the Hammam team at One&Only Royal Mirage. Your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences to our loyal guests of the Hammam in line with the Hotel brand standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for revenue generation through retail, upselling, and cross-selling to other business centers in the Hammam. Suitable candidates will report directly to the Hammam Manager and should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. Candidates must have strong experience in the health & beauty sector, be creative, dynamic, passionate, flexible, and possess good leadership skills. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language are required. Computer literacy, including relevant software experience, is essential.
