Meshkati Trading Company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to work in Riyadh, based on the following tasks and requirements:

  1. Knowledge of logistics software and ability to plan and improve logistics services.
  2. Good knowledge of the company's products and commitment to the highest quality standards.
  3. Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs and planning programs.
  4. Follow up on samples requested by the Supply Chain Manager and ensure that they are competitive in the market.
  5. Determine supplier evaluation criteria to evaluate suppliers in terms of quality provided, delivery time, and flexibility in meeting requests. Continuously evaluate suppliers’ performance and update the company’s supplier database accordingly.
  6. Coordinate with various departments to examine samples and ensure compliance with the company’s standards.
  7. Follow up on the supply chain management departments (warehousing, shipping, and purchasing) and coordinate between them to achieve the sales plan and ensure the highest operational efficiency for supply chain management.
  8. Handle the Saber system and have a complete understanding of imported regulated products registration with existing relationships with SASO, regulatory bodies, and Saudi Customs documentation.
  9. Manage regulated product registration and yearly renewals.
  10. Prepare shipment certificates.
  11. Have knowledge of all updated certifications.
Skills:
  1. Knowledge in Odoo program.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain-related fields, preferably in the field of lighting or retail sales.
