Job Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 4D models integrating both the 3D Model and the project schedule.
  • Ensure that the models accurately reflect the construction sequences, milestones, and timelines.
  • Continuously update and refine 4D models based on project progress and changes.
  • Participate in project meetings, presenting 4D models and simulations to stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Conduct 4D simulations to visualize project progress and identify potential issues before they arise.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of 4D models and simulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all changes and updates to the 4D models are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Job Location Multiple locations in the Kingdom (KSA) Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in relative discipline from an accredited university
  • Proficiency in 4D modeling software Synchro 4D is a must
  • Proficiency in Software: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Experience 4 - 6 years experience in 4D modeling and simulation within the construction industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
