Job details

Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop process flows and layouts for production operations.
  2. Analyze existing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  4. Conduct experiments and simulations to test process designs and modifications.
  5. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  6. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  7. Monitor process performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  9. Provide training and support to staff on process-related systems and practices.
Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial setting.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  6. Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
