SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As a Technical Sales Executive in Jotun Saudia, you will be responsible for supporting the sales manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products to new and existing customers by developing strong relationships and utilizing Jotun sales tools and techniques. You will handle the annual budgeted sales achievement, gross margin, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding - Timely Payment Collections) with the aim of increasing Jotun's market share and profitability. This position is based in Yanbu and will report to the Key Account Manager - Protective Sales. Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets by managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.
  2. Develop customer account plans for assigned customers by identifying relevant needs and prioritizing initiatives to meet customer requirements, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor project progress, deliveries, and accounts with customers and contractors, resolving problems and ensuring project completion on time.
  4. Promote products, services, and solutions through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure Jotun is specified for projects.
  5. Advise customers and inspect coating application as per product data sheets to avoid complaints.
  6. Inspect surface preparation before coating applications and deliver quality technical reports using Jotun tools.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER We are looking for: Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Chemistry is preferable.
  2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Coating & Business Development.
  3. Fluency in English – both verbally and written.
