Responsibilities
- Perform technical study & recommendation report.
- Facilitate the end user in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of IT hardware to deliver fully-functioning equipment.
- Contribute to the required maintenance activities of hardware components for aiding effective delivery of the same.
- Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
- Expert in the installation of client software and operating systems as per requirement.
- Adept professional with a thorough knowledge of upgrades and other activities of required hardware components.
- Remarkable command on the installation of computer OS and handling client software on the network.
