Job details

  1. In the Construction of Cross Country Pipelines of diameters ranging from 100” to 40” – API 5L, with 3LPE coating and concrete lining.
  2. Pipeline construction experience in mountainous regions, wadis, major arterial road crossings.
  3. Able to interpret alignment sheets and crossing drawings.
  4. Able to guide pipeline surveyors.
  5. Through hands-on experience in pipeline construction activities such as: ROW identification, ROW grading, trenching, trench preparation, pipeline transportation, pipeline alignment-fit up.
  6. Well-versed in welding – SMAW/GTAW, thorough knowledge of WPS & PQR.
  7. Large diameter pipeline rigging and lowering.
  8. Field joint coating and lining.
  9. Coordinate with NDT agencies.
  10. Guide welders and fitters.
  11. Adopt safe methods while working with earthmoving equipment and cranes.
  12. Coordinate for drilling and blasting.
  13. Adopt innovative methods in trench construction suitable for various terrains.
  14. Coordinate for hydrotest.
  15. Good communicator - working knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, & Hindi.
  16. Inculcate safe practices and has an eye for reducing defects and non-conformities.
  17. Good in quantity survey.
