Job Profile We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer specializing in Applied HVAC systems to join our ENIM team. This sales-focused role drives revenue growth for our large-scale HVAC solutions by understanding customer needs, promoting our technical capabilities, and closing profitable contracts for complex HVAC projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits and consultations to understand customer HVAC requirements.
- Translate customer needs into tailored solutions using ENIM's applied HVAC systems.
- Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our applied HVAC offerings.
- Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
- Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets (preferably in HVAC).
- Solid understanding of applied HVAC systems, components, and control systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic preferred).
- Strong analytical skills for analyzing project costs and preparing competitive bids.
- Effective networking skills and ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
