A highly motivated and organized Food & Beverage leader oversees a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences with prompt, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding, and Outlet Cashiers for seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions with assigned team members in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate duty schedules for the respective team.
  • Ensure team members' appearance and grooming meet expectations.
  • Efficiently set up assigned Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
  • Greet and seat arriving guests professionally.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with patrons.
  • Familiarize yourself with outlet menu and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets for the respective outlet.
Ideal candidates possess a diploma or degree in hospitality with up to two years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in written and spoken English, and familiarity with Micros. Leadership and supervisory experience is advantageous. The ideal candidate presents themselves well-groomed, exhibits an outgoing and friendly attitude, and demonstrates high customer care aptitude.
