In this role, we expect the candidate to:

Lead and motivate teams to implement large scale and complex Core Banking solutions.
Setup and operate multi-million Program Management Offices (PMO) for transformation programs.
Manage a complex set of enterprise projects as a cohesive program.
Manage a team of project managers and other resources dedicated.
Evaluate, monitor, and manage risks across the program, escalating as appropriate.
Manage project and program steering committees as needed.
Ensure adherence to budgets and standards across the program or programs.
Manage vendor relationships on behalf of business owners during project execution.
Maintain a flexible work schedule.
Travel extensively.

Minimum Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of project and program management.
Advanced knowledge in the areas of technology and banking.
Ten or more years of experience in project/program management and/or relevant banking or technical operations management.
Minimum of five years as a management consultant with a top consulting firm or system integrator.
Ability to influence others and build strong partnerships.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules, and assignments.
Ability to clearly define and present ideas, and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Ability to work effectively with technology and business personnel at all levels, as well as with outside vendors and contractors.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint.
Requires a four-year college degree with emphasis in a related field or equivalent skill, knowledge, or professional development.
MBA/MSc or relevant graduate degree preferred.
PMP/PgMP and other relevant certifications are preferred.
