Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and skilled Light Vehicle Driver to join our team at our Warehouse in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of personnel, goods, and documents within the local area while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

1. Safe Transportation: Safely operate light vehicles, such as sedans and SUVs, to provide transportation for office personnel, clients, and goods as required.
2. Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to destinations, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and other factors to minimize travel time and optimize fuel efficiency.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections, checks, and maintenance to ensure that the vehicle is in proper working condition and report any mechanical issues or concerns promptly.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance activities. Complete required logbooks and reports accurately and timely.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and courteous experience during transportation.
6. Adherence to Regulations: Obey all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies, always ensuring the safety of all passengers and cargo.
7. Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs while accommodating any changes to schedules.
8. Communication: Maintain effective communication with office staff, supervisors, and team members to coordinate transportation needs and ensure a smooth flow of operations.
9. Emergency Response: Respond appropriately in emergency situations, following established protocols and ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers and cargo.
10. Professional Appearance: Always maintain a neat and professional appearance, reflecting the company's image and values.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferably less than 40 years of age
• 3 & 6 number license is a must
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in UAE
• Salary is 2800 (No accommodation) - work will be in the store to pick up and drop off employees
