Job details

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ticket Issuer to join our team in Saudi Arabia, Eastern province. As a Ticket Issuer, you will be responsible for issuing tickets, managing ticket bookings, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Issue tickets, ensuring accuracy in ticket details and pricing.
  2. Assist with ticketing inquiries and provide exceptional support.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth ticketing process.
  4. Maintain and manage ticketing systems and databases.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing processes
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and databases
