BIM COORDINATOR (Up to $4.2K + AWS + VB) Job Description: Up to $4,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus Working location: Central Reputable Construction company Monday to Friday, office hours Responsibilities: Manage & coordinate the production of Quality BIM Models & construction documents. Manage & deliver a fully coordinated model in agreed formats. Ensure all models, drawings & structural data are well maintained & up to date throughout the course of the project. Support in updating & revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle. Ensure BIM models are modeled with the correct parameters & attributes for BIM based quantification. Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant BIM experience in building construction projects. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks & BIM software. No quota for work pass to hire foreigners.
