Job details

  1. Supervise cash van sales representatives to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to our clients.
  2. Plan, organize, direct, and control cash van sales staff to meet sales and collection objectives.
  3. Build positive relationships with clients to increase distribution points, execute market-wide and targeted promotional activities, improve customer relations, and resolve problems.
  4. Ensure that all Halwani products are sold into all accounts as appropriate, and that pricing strategies, including promotional pricing, are implemented accurately to achieve sales targets.
  5. Fill in for route cash van sales representatives as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service to Halwani’s supermarket accounts.
  6. Maintain inventory control to ensure that all available products are displayed correctly.
  7. Involve in customer follow-up to look for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.
  8. Constructively supervise all customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction in the area.
  9. Conduct sales meetings and prepare sales reports regularly to keep the sales force updated and encourage them for greater achievements.
  10. Demonstrate required behaviors and attitudes in the selling process whenever needed to achieve sales targets and increase the proficiency level of staff.
  11. Perform any additional assignments related to the job scope.
Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. 7-10 years of sales experience in cash van
  3. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
