Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing excellent support to our internal users.Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person.Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure.Document and track all support requests and resolutions.Maintain inventory of IT assets.Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.Qualifications:Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.Strong understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A+ certification is a plus.
