Company: Soho Square Solutions https://www.sohosquaresolutions.com/Work Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST) Position Type & Duration: Permanent Job Title: Account Manager - BDLocation: India (100% Remote)Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts of Soho, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. He/ She will focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Banking and Technology industry, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Expand Soho's presence and portfolio in the North American market.Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions. Foster collaboration and effective communication.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.Experience: 6+ years of proven success in account management within the staffing or consulting industry, with a focus on the North American market. Should have acted as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOW and Staff Augmentation in financial services, IT, and technology domains. Knowledge of Cloud Migration, API development, and Finance Regulatory reporting is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Result-Driven: Proven track record of handling similar industry clients and demonstrated ability to drive business growth.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel. PRB
