Machine Learning Modeller

We are looking for a talented and motivated Machine Learning Modeler to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative ML models that solve real-world problems. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models to drive data-driven decision-making across various business functions. You will work with large datasets, advanced algorithms, and cutting-edge technologies to create impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities:Model Development:Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for business-critical applications, including classification, regression, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.Data Exploration & Preprocessing:Clean, preprocess, and explore large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify key features for model building.Algorithm Selection & Tuning:Select appropriate machine learning algorithms and fine-tune hyperparameters for model optimization and performance improvement.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., data engineers, product managers, business stakeholders) to understand business problems and translate them into ML solutions.Experience:3-5+ years of experience in machine learningProven experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments.Strong proficiency in Python (or R) and SQL.Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and model evaluation metrics.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or NLP techniques.
