Our continued success starts with you.Job Description:Analyzing the business operations and designing/documenting the processes based on industry best practices. Solving incident and change requests which are opened in the ticketing tool of the customer. Updating the status of the incident and change requests in the ticketing tool.Responsibilities:Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results.Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.Qualifications:BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, and/or Information Technology.7-10 years of experience in SAP Financials, ECC and S/4 HANA, is highly desirable.
