The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the formulation and development of various dosage forms, including solid (tablets, capsules), liquid (oral and topical), and semi-solid (topical) forms. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting to Production, R&D, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Regulatory Affairs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the production of nutraceuticals, health supplements, and herbal/ayurvedic formulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Develop, optimize, and scale-up formulations for tablets, capsules, oral and topical liquids, and semi-solid dosage forms.Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless production processes and compliance with regulations.Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality standards throughout production.Review and approve batch production records, and ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.Coordinate with the Purchase, Account, and Finance departments for smooth procurement and budget management.Identify and troubleshoot production issues, working closely with the team to implement solutions.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency and product quality.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in formulation & development of Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, FSDU Formulations.Expertise in the development of solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms.Experience working with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, QC, Purchase/Finance, and Regulatory Affairs).Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality control standards.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Masters Degree in Pharmacy, AGG
