Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated M&A Analyst to join our team. This position focuses on sell-side mergers and acquisitions for Behavioral Health, Home Health, Home Care, and Hospice companies across the United States. After a comprehensive training period, this role will become partially client-facing, offering opportunities to directly engage with clients and buyers.Key Responsibilities:A. Financial Data Management and Analysis:Create and update financial databooks using client-provided data, including Profit & Loss statements (P&L) and Balance Sheets.Implement revenue and EBITDA adjustments as necessary.Convert cash financials to accrual-based financials using client medical billing data, if applicable.Analyze historical financial and census trends.Develop customized financial forecasts for individual clients.B . Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) Development:Create detailed PowerPoint presentations (CIMs) that outline client information and market dynamics.Present the CIMs to potential buyers to facilitate the sales process.C. Transaction Support:Manage and respond to potential buyer follow-up requests.Assist in due diligence procedures by coordinating and analyzing necessary documentation and data.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on financial and analytical formulas.Experience in financial forecasting and modeling.Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data.Aptitude for identifying trends and generating actionable insights.Strong written English skills for preparing high-quality documents and reports.Ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.Proficient in conducting industry-specific research to support client positioning and market analysis.Preferred Experience:Prior experience in M&A, investment banking, or financial analysis.Familiarity with the Behavioral Health, Home Health, Home Care, or Hospice sectors.
