OSS/BSS Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of provisioning systems, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.Manage system configurations and updates, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.Generate reports on system performance metrics and incident resolutions to inform management decisions.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., network operations, customer support) to facilitate efficient service delivery.Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system changes, outages, and maintenance activities. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in OSS/BSS operations or support within the telecommunications sector.Familiarity with provisioning tools such as Oracle (ASAP, OSM), Amdocs, or Ericsson is preferred.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of telecom provisioning processes and related technologies.Proficient in database management; experience with SQL is an advantage.
