Key Responsibilities:• Assessment and Diagnosis:• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions.• Identify communication disorders through standardized tests, observations, and patient interviews.• Treatment Planning:• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs and goals.• Incorporate evidence-based practices into therapy strategies.• Therapy Implementation:• Provide direct therapy to address speech and language delays, articulation issues, stuttering, voice disorders, or cognitive-communication challenges.• Offer swallowing therapy to patients with dysphagia.• Patient and Family Education:• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about communication and swallowing disorders.• Provide strategies and resources to support therapy outside of sessions.• Collaboration:• Work with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, occupational therapists, and medical professionals, to support patient outcomes.• Documentation and Reporting:• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.• Prepare detailed reports for healthcare providers, schools, or insurance purposes.Job Types: Full-timePay: ₹25500/- to ₹40000/- per month PRB
