About the Company:Our client is one of the world's most prominent food and drink producers with many products you are familiar with.About the Role:Our client is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Scrum Master with Data and Machine Learning experience. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and facilitating agile development processes as a Scrum Master, while also leveraging your expertise in data analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong Azure DevOps skills.Responsibilities:Scrum Master:Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products within specified timelines.Act as a servant-leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog.Data and ML Project Oversight:Guide teams through the lifecycle of ML projects, including model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.Manage processes to update and refresh datasets critical to the product's functionality, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance standards.Azure DevOps:Utilize Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Configure and manage build and release pipelines to automate software delivery processes.Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective use of ADO boards and practices.Skills and Experience:Experience in ADO as a project management toolExperience as a Scrum MasterStrong knowledge of Machine Learning and DataExperience with Pricing and RGM nice to haveRequirement:Available to start ASAP or with not more than 1 month notice period.
