The idealcandidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing client accounts within anadvertising agency. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients,understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.Responsibilities:• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding theirbusiness goals, challenges, and needs. Act as the main point of contact for clientcommunications and project updates.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions toprovide proactive recommendations to clients.• Oversee budget planning and ensure all campaigns are delivered within agreed-uponbudgets. Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payments.• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, including campaign proposals,progress reports, and post-campaign analyses.• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provideinsights to clients for continuous improvement.• Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensureseamless execution of campaigns. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.• Collaborate with the creative and strategic teams to develop innovative marketingstrategies and campaign plans that align with client objectives.Qualifications:• 2-5 years of experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency or similarrole.• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups,including account management, creative, and production teams in a fast-pacedenvironment.• Sound thinker with solid strategic skills someone with the ability to decipher end marketintelligence, numbers, etc. to derive insights / creative triggers for creative excellence.• A person who looks beyond just the project management side of things and is able todevelop and drive the business and take it further. The person must be apt enough toidentify areas of opportunity to drive organic growth for the brand.• Sound skills in all areas of financials (budget reconciliations, timesheet/man-hoursanalysis, forecasting, etc.• Process-oriented, meticulous with attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills - written and spoken, English.• A keen eye for details.
