This results in a digital way of working and requires a proactive mind-set.about Professional ServicesProfessional Services is responsible for the implementation of RPO, MSP and SOW solutions, in line with the agreed project plan, timescales and within budget. The implementation team holds the responsibility of being the first 'face to the client'. We set the scene for future collaboration and must work efficiently, professionally and in line with the client's expectation of an outsourced partner. We work under pressure and must therefore be in control and demonstrate a constant ability to be flexible within the constraints of very rigid project management principles.The implementation team must maintain the integrity of our Global implementation Methodology and ensure a smooth transition from the Business Development team takes place and subsequently prepare a stable handover to the Operations team.purpose of the roleThe Change Manager will play a key role in supporting change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with positive benefits and minimum disruption of business processes. This role will work with regional clients to support the promotion and delivery of messaging and adoption of impactful solutions to help clients drive toward their human capital goals. This position will focus on change management, communications, and organizational transformation. Uses a framework approach to plan and support change projects that address the organization's needs to modify structure and procedures due to changes in Human Capital Management. Follows Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to conduct assessments of the current state, analyze stakeholders, identify risks, and establish the goals and milestones of changes.key performance indicatorsChange management - understanding of the importance of change management within the implementation lifecycleProject management - full understanding of end to end project management, including risk and issue management, milestone delivery and ensuring the project deliverable are on track for final go live deliveryAptitude for technology - VMS, ATS, Assessment, CRM & SourcingUnderstanding - MSP, Headcount tracking, RPO, SOW, Early careersLogical thinker - working with Subject Matter Experts to ensure project deliverables are met and follow logicallyKey responsibilitiesProject managementSupport development and execution of change management strategies with plans to maximize adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance to changeGoals include faster adoption, higher program utilization, and proficiency with the changes that impact program users.Change management approach, delivery, measurement and reporting for RSR implementations.Support development of change management strategies by supporting or conducting workshops with clients to identify key initiatives from business process, program and technology designChange Management for MSP, RPO, SOW, Headcount Tracking or blended solution implementations dependent on scaleSupports the analyses of client current state and establishes the best plan of action for Change Management during implementation, with the Senior Change ManagersProvides input into regular status reports submitted to the RSR senior stakeholders and Client Project and Senior Stakeholders inline with the project/program governanceProvides regional consultation to ensure awareness, service practices and procedures, and nurturing of client relationsSupport project workstream owners to identify change impacts and supporting activitiesResponsible for regional project change activities over multiple workstreams (technology, business process, workforce, partners)Execute on change communications, readiness assessment, project alignment and leadership communication.SupportAdheres to guidelines, best practices and toolkits for functional implementation of an MSP, RPO, SOW, Head-Count Tracking or Blended solutionsSupports continuous improvements in the way-of-working, tools, methods and solution conceptsClient & Customer ManagementSupports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationshipsWorks with the Workstream Leads and SME's, to facilitate their activities for the delivery of the services soldIs the first point of contact for the client regionally regarding the change management strategyBuilds strong business relationships with the clientKey competenciesintellectual strengthRandstad Sourceright leaders leverage strong intellectual power to identify patterns and draw insights from information in order to conceptualize strategic direction, solve problems and identify opportunities.AgilityRandstad Sourceright leaders leverage proactively address change on all dimensions.
