We manage investments with active oversight to help both, sophisticated and new investors build long term wealth across various market conditions.We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Strategic Visual Designer to join our team at Dezerv. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, with a focus on creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate complex financial data and investment strategies with clarity and ease. Hence, expertise in data visualization and strong representational skills are a must. The candidate must also possess a deep understanding of brand building, who can excel at maintaining Dezerv's visual language, tone of voice, and core values.As a member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the investment team, product team, and other key stakeholders to develop presentations, 1 pagers, notes etc that enhance Dezerv's communication with HNI and affluent clients, partners, and internal teams. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring that our messaging is both visually impactful and aligned with our brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Create high-quality, professional presentations that align with our brand and effectively communicate complex investment concepts, financial data, and market insights to a sophisticated and ultra-premium audience.Content Collaboration: Collaborate with investment analysts, portfolio managers, and marketing teams to understand the content and objectives of the presentation, ensuring that the design complements and enhances the message.Data Visualization: Transform complex financial data into clear, visually appealing charts, graphs, and infographics that make the information accessible and understandable.Brand Consistency: Ensure that all presentations adhere to the firm's branding guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all materials.Review and Revise: Continuously refine and update presentation materials based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies to keep presentations fresh, engaging, and on the cutting edge.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality presentations that meet the firm's standards and deadlines.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in presentation design, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.Skills:Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation tools.Strong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout.
