The role involves collaborating with HR and other departments to understand business requirements, configuring and customizing the system, providing end-user support, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The candidate must be willing to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift, as this role supports global operations.ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration:Manage the day-to-day operations of the Workday HRIS, including system configuration, security, and data maintenance.Implement and maintain Workday modules, ensuring they align with HR and business processes.Stay updated on system updates and new features, assessing their impact on current configurations.Data Management:Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies.Design and implement data validation processes to maintain the quality of HR data.Reporting and Analytics:Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and other stakeholders using Workday reporting tools.Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify reporting requirements and implement solutions.Integration and Automation:Collaborate with IT and external vendors to design and implement system integrations.Develop and maintain automated processes to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency.End-User Support:Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting system issues, answering queries, and delivering user training.Collaborate with the IT helpdesk to resolve technical issues related to the HRIS.Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies.Monitor and address security vulnerabilities, working with IT to implement necessary safeguards.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology.Analyze and Enhance new Workday release features.RequirementBachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience between 4 to 10 Years on Workday HCM Technology.In-depth knowledge of Workday in any two or three of the HCM modules (Like Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence, Recruitment, Learning, Advance Compensation), configuration, and reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Working experience with Implementation partner companies for at least for 2-3 end to end Implementations on any of the above mentioned two modules.Active Certifications in Workday is a plus.Able to work between 2 pm to 11 pm.
